Highbar delivers to businesses in Memphis and the surrounding area on our own trucks, driven by our own drivers. Orders go out from our local distribution center at 5406 Republic Drive in Memphis, so we know the routes and the customers on them. If you have locations outside our truck routes, call 901-762-1270 and we'll talk through options.
Is Highbar's next-day delivery really next day?
Yes. In-stock items get free next-business-day delivery with no minimums, on a Highbar truck. We don't hand your order to a parcel carrier and call it next-day. Order an in-stock item today and it arrives the next business day.
Can I get same-day emergency delivery?
Yes, on in-stock items. Any address within 45 minutes of our Memphis warehouse (zip code 38118), including all of DeSoto County, Germantown, and Collierville, can get same-day delivery when you order by 12:00 pm and let your Highbar rep know. A same-day delivery charge covers the courier fee. Call 901-762-1270 to reach your rep.
What is Highbar's return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Food and dated goods are not returnable. To start a return, call or email the Highbar team you already work with.
Does Highbar offer vendor-managed inventory?
Yes. We work with customers who have multiple buildings, supply closets, and racks to keep stocked. A Highbar employee tracks what you use and restocks before you run low. Reach out to your Highbar rep to see if VMI is a good fit. Learn how vendor-managed inventory works.
Will I talk to a real person when I call?
Yes. Call 901-762-1270 Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, and you reach the Highbar team, not a call center. Customers on our Assistant 24/7 program can reach the Highbar ownership group 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do I have to sign a lease for restroom dispensers?
No. Highbar's lease-free dispenser program has no lease agreements on towel, tissue, soap, or sanitizer dispensers. Installation is free, you own the dispensers, and there are no penalties if you decide to stop working with us.
